The Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers is ringing in the new year in prime bicep style with our 12th match on Saturday, January 28th @ 10PM at Club 162 in the heart of Wrigleyville! Sixteen bicep bending lady wrestlers, both returning veterans and a slew of new talent, will compete for the honor to wear the CLLAW sash and crown. See the theatrical fundraising experience Penthouse Magazine calls “one hell of a show!” With a three hour open bar package and tickets available for online pre-sale, CLLAW XII will be the most fun you've ever had giving to charity, period. As always, all proceeds from the madness of CLLAW benefit Sideshow Theatre Company and local partner charity, Marwen!
Marwen's mission is to educate and inspire under-served young people through the visual arts. Their programming is extensive, including studio programs held after school that challenge students on all areas of visual arts, from painting and drawing to ceramics, sculpture, photography and fashion. Students with no prior art-making experience are welcome, and through in-depth instruction, excellent teachers, and state-of-the-art facilities, kids are exposed to a wider world of visual arts not readily available to them.
