Michael arrived in Chicago last October from Minneapolis where he graduated from the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program.  In Chicago, he’s had the pleasure of working with Halcyon Theatre’s Alcyone Festival, Vintage Theater Collective (where he is also a company member), and recently performed in Chelsea Marcantel’s (a)Symmetry Cycle.  While in Minnesota, Michael worked with the Great River Shakespeare Festival, Minnesota Centennial Showboat, and Minneapolis Theater Garage.  He was also the directing intern for The Guthrie’s Two Gentlemen of Verona directed by Joe Dowling and an intern with the League of Chicago Theatres in Spring 2010.
