Lea is a graduate of St. Andrews University, Scotland and L’Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris, where she studied mask, mime and clown. She has worked with Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, Redmoon Theatre, The Hypocrites, and 500 Clown. Lea has also worked with international director Jo Strømgren of the Jo Strømgren Kompani of Norway, and frequented the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Philadelphia Live Arts and Fringe Festival as a performer and assistant director. Lea is a trained gymnast, acrobat and opera singer.
