Jonathan has directed regionally with Sideshow as well as Live Arts and the Earl Hamner, Jr. Theatre, and served as artistic director of URT in Virginia. Recent projects include Dante Dies!! (and then things get weird), Mud, Waiting for the Parade (for which he received a nomination for the KCACTF SSDC Fellowship), A Number and Shakespeare's R&J. Stage management credits include work with the Richmond Shakespeare Festival and Encore! Theatre Company. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was the recipient of the William Demoville Petway Prize, and currently works at Lookingglass Theatre. Upcoming projects at Sideshow include work on his and Walt McGough's new play, an adaptation of The Winter's Tale entitled What It Feels Like When Everything Freezes.
