David Hyman is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he studied Theatre with a focus in Costume Design. Other recent credits include Soho Rep in NYC (Greg Moss' Orange, Hat and Grace) and, in Chicago, Next Theatre Company (A Very Merry Unauthorized Scientology Pageant), Mary-Arrchie Theatre Company (Cherrywood, directed by David Cromer), Pavement Group (punkplay for the Steppenwolf Garage Rep and Lipstick Traces: A Secret History of the Twentieth Century), Sideshow Theatre Company (Medea with Child, Theories of the Sun and Heddatron) and Northwestern University (How Can You Run With a Shell on Your Back? and many other productions). Upcoming projects include Pony for About Face and Woyzeck for the Hypocrites. He has worked as an assistant costume designer for Lookingglass, the Court, The Hypocrites, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre and Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
